Experience
For over 12 years, Scott has acted as probity advisor and auditor to Government departments, government-owned and private corporations. He provides commercial, pragmatic, and outcome-focused advice, utilising his legal and IT&T expertise. His experience includes:
- acting as probity advisor for multi-stage infrastructure projects;
- providing probity advice to all levels of Government across Ministers and Directors-General;
- crafting probity documentation, and advising in selection of preferred proponents adopting various
procurement and contracting methodologies (including hard risk, ECI, alliance and PPP delivery models);
- designing and implementing procurement programs, training and guidelines;
- advising on compliance with procurement frameworks, such as conflicts of interest, breaches of confidentiality, apprehended bias and corruption; and
- managing technical project implementations, including those delivered under complex multi-phase multi-party ECI procurement models.

- Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland, 2007
- Entered on the roll of practitioners of the High Court of Australia, 2009
- Accredited QGP0050-18 Probity Practitioner
