  • assisting overseas based investors and developers to enter the Australian property market, including to comply with Foreign Investment Review Board requirements;
  • advising on property disputes, including issuing notices to defaulting tenants, recovery of monies owing under leases, interpretation of easements and licenses, damages claims, boundary disputes, injunctive relief and specific performance of contracts.
